Tei Baishiki

Mr. Baishiki was born and raised in the Bay Area of California and went on to study at California Polytechnic State University. Baishiki co-founded VREO, Inc. of San Luis Obispo, CA, providing agent and enterprise real estate applications for the web and biometric signature software for paperless transactions. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer and under his supervision, oversaw the development of DeepGreen Financial’s client generation and transaction platform handling over $800,000,000 in loan volume and winning numerous awards for its innovative technologies and software development.

Mr. Baishiki returned to the Bay Area of California and joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. in June 2008 as the Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for the enterprise level design and strategic planning and implementation of technologies and information systems for all of the franchises and associates.

James Dwiggins

Mr. Dwiggins was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, California, where he attended college with a major in Business. In November 2006, Mr. Dwiggins joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. as Director of Technology & Strategy and in May of 2008, was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Dwiggins is responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies, marketing and advertising the company deploys to its 250 offices, as well as the strategic positioning of Realty World in the marketplace. Mr. Dwiggins is currently the 2010 Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) for the California Association of REALTORS, and also serves on the events and convention committee for the National Associations of REALTORS.

Prior to joining Realty World, Mr. Dwiggins was Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales for VREO, Inc. from May 2002 to October 2006. VREO, Inc., developer of agent and enterprise level real estate applications for the web and biometric signature software for paperless transactions, is a well-recognized real estate software company and has won many awards for their innovative technologies.

Prior to VREO, Mr. Dwiggins co-founded USA Virtual Tours where he was Vice President of Sales and responsible for the company’s rapid growth. Throughout his career in the real estate sector, he has consulted with numerous top real estate companies in the United States and has been responsible for the development of many advanced technology solutions.
